Biological Sciences

A strength of our BSc and BSc(Tech) graduates is that they have been exposed to a broad range of biological sciences disciplines (such as botany, genetics and ecology) throughout their undergraduate degree, while still maintaining choices in interdisciplinary areas (such as biological engineering, biochemistry and the environmental sciences).

Our MSc and PhD graduates have developed world-class research skills in their specialist areas.

A demand for biological scientists will grow as governments look for a better way to manage their forests, coastal and water resources.
