  • Coordination and organometallic chemistry, especially of the platinum group metals and gold
  • Applications of electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry in inorganic chemistry
  • Chemistry of hydroxymethylphosphines
  • Aspects of main group and ferrocene chemistry
