The School has developed a very strong research base to support its aims of providing students with in-depth knowledge, analytical skills, ideas on innovation, and techniques to translate science into technology in the real world.
Available Subjects
The ME is only available in the subject of Engineering. The thesis topic however can be in a wide range of disciplines, such as software engineering, biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, electronic engineering. Practical Experience
The Master of Engineering is either a one year (120 point) thesis or a one year programme of study which combines two taught papers with a (90 point) research thesis. You will have the opportunity to undertake research with staff who are leaders in their field and will have the use of world-class laboratory facilities.
