Café Scientifique is a place where anyone can come to explore the latest ideas in science and technology.
Come along and listen to our expert speak about a hot science topic in a relaxed setting. Previous Cafés have discussed topics such as 3D printing; the nutrient cycle; food safety, sustainability and supply; cells, life and billion year-old bacteria.
Café Scientifique is held on the following dates at the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club, 90 Keith Allen Drive, Sulphur Point, Tauranga. There is a $5 entry charge with tea, coffee and light refreshments available from 6.30pm. Presentations begin at 7.00pm.
