About Renat
Studied for four years at the School of Mines (the first Mining Academy in the world, est.1763) in Banska Stiavnica and three years at the Technological University, Kosice. Worked for a number of years at various underground ore and coal mines in Slovakia and Czech Republic. Before joining the department worked for Coal Corp., Huntly.
Earth Sciences Department
- Provides technical support for teaching of undergraduate and graduate courses and research in soft rocks geomechanics.
- Deals with accounts, purchasing, orders, invoicing and other financial matters.
- Website development, design and editing.
- Commercial project management and supervision of trainees
